What to Expect When Planning a Landscaping Project
Each property and project is different, but here’s what our process usually looks like:
- Walkthrough + consultation. We’ll meet on-site to review your goals and walk the property. From there, we’ll create a plan that takes grading, sun exposure, drainage, and maintenance into account.
- Project timing. Small jobs like sod, trimming, or lighting may take a day or two. Larger projects, patios, drainage systems, grading, or multi-service installs can take 1–3 weeks, depending on size and weather.
- Seasonal scheduling. For optimal results, we typically schedule planting and sod work during the spring or fall.
- Bundled services. Many clients combine irrigation, lighting, and hardscaping for a more efficient schedule and seamless finish. If you're unsure what can be bundled, we're happy to walk you through the possibilities.
